Quality Support Facilitator (identified), Targeting Quality Program
The Quality Support Facilitator, TQP will focus on developing and delivering culturally safe tailored professional learning and support to children’s education and care services. Professional learning and support will be designed and delivered to support the building of each service’s capability to meet or exceed the National Quality Standard and the Children’s Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations. In collaboration with the TQP Manager, the Support Facilitator TQP, will also support the design and development of culturally safe practices, materials and resources and peer mentor other members of the TQP in their understanding of culturally safe practices.
This role is full time and fixed term (until June 2026) at ACECQA Band 5 ($96,766 - $117,912).

Reporting Lead
The Reporting Lead will directly oversee the design, development, deployment and maintenance of reports, templates, analytics, and dashboards used in the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS).
Summary of responsibilities include coordinating and delivering enhancements to data warehouses, reporting databases and analysis services models in each of the NQA ITS Business Intelligence solutions.
This role is full time and ongoing at ACECQA Band 6/7 ($118,578 - $156,463).
