Officer Policy, Quality Rating Review and Policy
The Officer Policy, Quality Rating Review and Policy, has responsibilities across two streams of work: Quality Rating Review and Policy duties. They will contribute to the successful delivery of ACECQA's second tier quality rating review activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations under the Education and Care Services National Law.
Additionally, they will assist in the planning and execution of policy initiatives, offering valuable insights and support to enhance the implementation and application of the National Quality Framework (NQF) for children’s education and care.
This role is full time and fixed-term (5 months) role at ACECQA Band 4/5 ($85,925- $111,154).

Reporting Analyst
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for design and development of reports, templates, analytics, dashboards, data warehouse and data ingestion objects used in the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS). Key duties include liaising with a wide array of NQA ITS stakeholders to gather and elicit requirements, developing and designing reports and templates using a variety of technologies, and continuing to support and maintain the pre-existing library of data and reporting artifacts available to users. The Reporting Analyst will demonstrate and exercise their understanding of Microsoft Fabric objects, relational databases, data warehousing and data modelling to ensure reporting and data outputs are delivered within the required timeframes.
This role is full time and fixed term (12 months) at ACECQA Band 5/6 ($96,766- $132,229).

Manager, Inclusion Capability
Manager, Inclusion Capability will manage a team of policy and practice professionals to develop a new framework to assist children’s education and care services to better understand their level of inclusion capability and identify strategies for improvement.
This role is full-time fixed term to 30 June 2026 at ACECQA Band 7 ($137,570 - $141,713) with possible opportunity for extension. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Senior Officer, Inclusion Capability (x 2 roles)
The Senior Officer, Inclusion Capability will apply their strong policy and pedagogical practice knowledge to develop resources, tools and policy advice, and deliver professional development activities for all children’s education and care services’
