The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
The approved provider must ensure that all children educated and cared for by the service have safe access to outdoor space during the renovation of the outdoor space.
The approved provider must ensure that educators are made aware of the risk assessment and follow the strategies to support children accessing outdoor space.
The waiver for regulation 134(1)(a) applies to a maximum of one day a week when there is no Early Childhood Teacher on the premises.
A person who holds an approved diploma-level qualification/who is a suitably qualified person as determined by ACECQA may be taken to be an early childhood teacher for the purposes of regulation 134(1)(a).
The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
