The approved provider must comply at all times with the conditions of Section 51 of the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law, and the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.

The approved provider must develop and implement a monthly checklist to assess compliance with section 172, 173 and 174 of the National Law and regulation 90, 97, 117B and 130 of the Regulations within the service known as Fairytales Preschool and Long Day Care Centre (SE-00007247) and record any area for improvement.

Every three months commencing from 1 January 2021 to1 January 2022, the approved provider is to submit to the Regulatory Authority copies of the completed monthly checklist.
