Compliance Support Pathway

The Compliance Support Pathway is a free professional learning and support program that assists education and care services to develop and refine processes and systems to ensure safety and compliance with the National Law and Regulations.

The Compliance Support Pathway is an up to 10-week program designed to support services to better understand and apply law and regulations. This program delivers tailored support and encourages services to reflect and implement strategies to improve their service. 

The Compliance Support Pathway offers:

• up to 10 hours of remote mentoring support
• a soft copy of the compliance workbook 
• access to a pre-recorded webinar 
• a face-to-face visit to 75% of participating services.  

Eligibility

The program is available to services located in NSW that have had instances of non-compliance, these instances must be closed off before participation in the program.

Places are limited so we encourage you to complete the expression of interest early. Services that have previously participated in the program and continue to meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to express interest in participating. If you are a provider with several services and would like more than one of your services to participate, please complete a separate registration for each service.
 

Expressions of interest will be assessed by the NSW Department of Education.
