Conditions on Approval
The early childhood teacher/diploma qualified educator on their prescribed lunch break must be replaced by an educator to maintain the required educator to child ratios.
The early childhood teacher/diploma qualified educator must remain on the premises of the service and be directly and immediately available to care for children as the need arises.
The approved provider must undertake a review of staffing arrangements to ensure that in 2019 the educator to child ratios will be maintained in accordance with regulation 126(1)(a).
The Approved Provider must ensure the Regulatory Authority is advised within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
