Update to WA Regulations
Update for Providers and Services in Western Australia on changes to the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012 (Western Australia)
Further amendments have been made to Western Australia’s Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012 and these came into effect on 1 December 2023. They came from the 2019 NQF Review and mirror changes that took effect in other states and territories in 2023.
What you should know

Changes that commenced nationally in July and October 2023 are now also largely in effect in Western Australia, however, some exceptions or variations may apply.
