Prior to applying for service approval or transfer, the person with management or control of the approved provider, Manni Zhu must undertake professional development on Quality Area 7 – Governance and Leadership, of the National Quality Standard.
i. The professional development must be delivered by a recognized early childhood organisation or expert and approved in writing by the Department prior to undertaking the professional development.
ii. The Department must be provided with proof of completion of the professional development within 7 days of completion.
